Refund terms
Snapshot ($79)
Full refund any time before we run your questions. If the Perplexity results are missing from your report for a reason on our side, we re-run them or refund the $79.
Citation Sprint ($249)
Full refund before we act on the first page, minus $79 if your Snapshot report has already been delivered (a $170 refund). After the proof report, $12.45 back ($249 ÷ 20) for each of the 20 pages we didn't act on. You have 14 days after the proof report to question any status.
Bundle ($349) and credit
The Sprint terms, plus our directory refund policy for the directory part ($2.98 back per directory we can't submit). The $79 Snapshot is credited toward the Sprint if you upgrade within 30 days.

FAQ
Which AI engine do you check?
Perplexity, through its official API with web search, from a US location. Every answer card is labelled Perplexity. Claude coverage is coming soon. Current orders cover Perplexity only.
Do you guarantee Perplexity will cite me?
No. We guarantee the work and the proof: the questions asked, the pages acted on, the day-45 re-check, and money back for each page we don't act on. Whether Perplexity names or cites you is up to Perplexity.
How is everything delivered?
By email only. No calls, no meetings, no dashboard to log into. You get the report as an HTML file and an image, plus CSV and JSON files.
Why would an API answer differ from what I see in the Perplexity app?
The app can personalise answers by account, location and history, and every run varies. We use Perplexity's official API from a neutral US location, so the Snapshot is a consistent baseline: the same questions, asked the same way, on day 0 and day 45.
Why start with Perplexity?
Perplexity searches the web for every answer and lists the pages it used, so you can see exactly which sources it leans on. That makes it a practical place to start working on citations.
What counts as a page you “acted on”?
We submitted your product through the page's form or listing flow, or sent a pitch through the editor's published contact route. Each one gets a screenshot, a timestamp and a status in the proof report.
Will you pay for listings or sponsored spots?
Never without your written OK. If the best route on a page is paid, we flag it with its price and you decide.
Do you send emails on my behalf?
Only pitches to editors through their published contact routes, written factually and identified as sent by ListSquire on your behalf. No mass email, no fake reviews, no fake accounts.
How do you choose the 25 questions?
We draft them from how buyers in your category actually phrase things (“best…”, “alternatives to…”, “is it worth…”, “how much does…”). You can swap any of them before we run.
How is this different from the 50 directory submissions?
The directory service submits you to 50 startup directories we picked. AI Citations starts from the pages Perplexity actually cites for your category, which can include review sites, comparison pages and “best X” articles as well as directories, and works on those pages. The bundle gets you both for $49 less than buying them separately.

Snapshot: full refund before we run your questions.
