These terms are an agreement between you and ListSquire, a business operated by an individual (sole proprietor) in the United States ("ListSquire", "we", "us"). By buying or using our services you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't buy.
1. What we sell
- Directory Submission service ($149 USD, one-time): we submit one product to 50 startup and software directories selected from our checked list. You get a proof report (screenshot, timestamp and status per directory) and a recheck of all 50 at about day 30. Full details are on our home page.
- DIY Directory List ($49 USD, one-time): a digital download (spreadsheet and templates) listing 77 directories. You can download it right after checkout, and we also email you the link.
Prices are in US dollars. Payments are processed by Stripe. We don't store your card details.
2. "Submitted," not "listed"
We promise to submit your product. Directories are independent third parties that decide for themselves whether, when and how to list it, and they may later change or remove listings. We do not guarantee listings, approval times, traffic, signups, backlinks, domain rating, search rankings or revenue.
3. Your responsibilities
- You must be at least 18 and authorized to act for the product you submit.
- The information, logos and screenshots you give us must be accurate, and you must have the right to use them. You're responsible for your product's content and for its compliance with the law.
- By completing the intake form you authorize us to create directory accounts (using an email address you own or provide) and to submit your product on your behalf. You agree to follow each directory's own terms for your listings.
- Some steps need you, such as clicking verification emails or deciding about badges or paid tiers. Delays caused by waiting on you don't count against our delivery window.
4. Products we don't accept
We may decline any order and give a full refund, for example for illegal products, adult content, gambling, deceptive or "get-rich" schemes, or products most directories won't accept.
5. Delivery
Open-form directories are submitted within 72 hours of your completed intake form. Account-based directories are submitted within 72 hours of account access being ready. After checkout you are taken straight to the intake form ($149) or the download page ($49). We also email the link to your checkout address within 24 hours, in case you close the page.
6. Refunds and cancellations
Refunds and cancellations follow our Refund Policy, which is part of these terms.
7. DIY list license
You may use the DIY list for your own products and your own business. You may not resell, republish or redistribute it. Directory details change over time. The list reflects what we observed when it was checked, and it is provided as is.
8. Paid upgrades and third-party costs
We use free tiers. We never buy paid directory upgrades on your behalf without your written approval, and any such cost is yours.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, ListSquire's total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for the actions, decisions, outages or policies of third-party directories.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one posted on the date you paid.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and applicable U.S. federal law.
