Three of our submissions went in under our previous name, LaunchList. Indie Hackers has since been updated to ListSquire; Launching Next and PitchWall are still in review, and we'll update the name there as soon as each directory allows it. We declined every paid upgrade, the same as we do for customers unless they say otherwise in writing.

Screenshots are cropped to the page, with account avatars, names and private management links covered. Where we couldn't capture a clean confirmation screen, the proof cell is empty rather than showing something misleading. Listing links appear only where a public page exists. "Submitted" is not "listed": each directory decides whether and when to list a product. Read what that means.
