ListSquire is based in Florida, United States. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and your choices.
What we collect
- Checkout details: your name, email address and billing details, collected by our payment processor, Stripe. We see your email address, the amount and the payment status. We never see or store your full card number.
- Intake details (for the $149 service): what you send us about your product, such as its name, URL, descriptions, logo, screenshots, pricing, maker or contact details, and the email address you want used for directory accounts.
- Emails: messages you send to hello@listsquire.com.
This website doesn't use analytics, advertising trackers or cookies of its own.
How we use it
- To deliver what you bought: preparing your listing kit, submitting your product to directories, sending reports and the day-30 recheck, and emailing the DIY list.
- To answer your questions, handle refunds, prevent fraud and keep business and tax records.
What gets shared
- Directories: submitting your product means sending your product details (and the account email you chose) to the directories in your order. Those listings are meant to be public, and each directory's own privacy policy applies to what it receives.
- Service providers: Stripe (payments), our email provider (Google Gmail), and storage for your files and reports.
- Legal requirements: if the law requires it.
We don't sell your personal information or share it for advertising.
How long we keep it
We keep order and payment records as long as accounting and tax rules require. Intake files and reports are kept while your order is active and for up to 12 months afterwards, so we can answer questions about your report. You can ask us to delete them sooner.
Your choices
Email hello@listsquire.com to request a copy of your information, a correction or deletion. We'll reply within 30 days. Listings already published on third-party directories have to be changed or removed through those directories, using the accounts you own. We'll tell you how.
Children
Our services are for adults running businesses. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If we update this policy, we'll change the date at the top of this page.
